All players in Aledo Youth Football must have "PRD" (Player Residency Designation) of either:

NCT Roster and Waiver Form - coach must complete this in numerical jersey order from lowest number to highest number and have all parent signatures on their players line and will take to weigh-ins (it was handed out to all coaches at the draft and must be signed by AYFCA at draft) AYFCA does not have NRP's or Special Consideration players so all player residency designations (PRD) will either be LI or ATT per above.  

Coaches for 2025 will only need to bring the above NCT Roster and Waiver Form with all players in numerical jersey order with each parents signature on their player line as this is a executed waiver form to the content at the top.  

Game Days Important Info from NCT Bylaws:

Only the Head Coach shall be allowed to discuss any game matters with an official.

(A)All Head Coaches are responsible for their parents, spectators, and anyone on their side of the field.

(B) All Head Coaches that are unable to maintain control of their sidelines are subject to being penalized by the game officials.

• 1st Offense – Verbal Warning

• 2nd Offense – 15-Yard Penalty

• 3rd Offense – Ejection from Game (Head Coach and Spectator(s))

Each team shall be allowed up to a total of (8) NCT badged sideline personnel. There is $10 fee for badges and they will be handed out to Head Coaches with game day jerseys. All badged coaches must complete and pass background checks - link to be sent to all once identified.  No badge will be handed out until backgrounds have cleared.
